Your workout routine.
My workout routing is ever changing. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what works for me. I think i've finally narrowed down a plan that keeps me motivated and challenged each day. Here we go!
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 30 minutes Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012 for the Xbox Kinect (this is a minimum that I do. I will do a couple 2-3 minute warm up exercises and then there is a 28 minute program that I will do, or sometimes I will mix up different classes to total 30 minutes)
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Walk/Jog training for a 5K at the apartment gym, on the treadmill
Saturday Only: ZUMBA!!
Sunday: LAZY SUNDAY!!! this is my rest day! Its the day I do laundry, hang out at home most the day, and maybe go grocery shopping!

Maybe every once in awhile change that Saturday and Sunday routine up...You know I love teaching Zumba and I love having you go with me but you need to toss in that Zumba Toning class every so often...so maybe once a month have a lazy Saturday and go to Zumba Toning with me on Sunday!
ReplyDeleteafter the wild and craziness of the next few weeks - I would totally be down for that. Not being able to go for a couple weeks is going to be a huge bummer! :( But i'll be back in full swing after I get back from Vegas (minus going to philly in May!) :)
