Oh boy, more than I like to admit! My key triggers are stress and Aunt Flo! HAHA! I've definitely gotten better at managing my stress over the years, but that hasn't stopped me from gorging on a box of Thin Mints, swallowing a carton of Ben and Jerry's Phish Food, or stuffing my face with Tim's Cascade Sour Cream and Onion potato chips! I'm glad that I have Josh around to help remind me that I don't NEED that stuff, and that I need to do something more productive.
